Applicants can apply online, submit their educational qualifications, and participate in screening to secure a place in our accredited nursing and midwifery programs. Our admissions process ensures that qualified candidates are selected based on merit, eligibility, and commitment to healthcare excellence.

How to Apply – Adamawa State College of Nursing Science Yola

Step 1: Create an Account

  • Visit http://conam.admissions.cloud/

  • Click New Application

  • Enter your full name and valid phone number

  • You will receive login details to access your application

Step 2: Login

  • Use your phone number as username and password

  • Access the application dashboard

Step 3: Payment

  • Confirm your details

  • Choose a payment method and complete the transaction

  • Payment is required to proceed to the application form

Step 4: Choose Your Program

  • Select the program you wish to apply for:

    • General Nursing

    • Midwifery (Basic & Post-Basic)

    • Community Nursing / Community Midwifery

    • Continuing Education & Short Courses

Step 5: Enter Educational Qualifications

  • Input O’level results (WAEC/NECO/GCE) – up to two sittings allowed

  • For DE applicants, enter diploma or A’level details

  • Provide exam numbers and center codes for verification

Step 6: Upload Passport Photograph

  • Recent, clear passport photo

  • JPEG format, max 50KB, plain background

Step 7: Submit Application

  • Review your information carefully

  • Click Submit Application

  • Take note of your Application ID / Serial Number for login and future reference

Step 8: Print Application Form

  • Print the completed form for record and screening purposes

Step 9: Attend Screening

Bring the following to the screening center:

  • Original and photocopies of O’level results, JAMB result, diploma/A’level (if applicable)

  • Indigene certificate and birth certificate/declaration of age

  • Printed application form

Step 10: Check Application Status

  • Receive SMS updates about your screening date, time, and venue

Eligibility Notes

  • ND/HND Nursing: JAMB score ≥150, at least 16 years old by 1st Sept 2025

  • Return Basic Nursing / Midwifery: Licensed Community Nurse / Midwife

  • Post-Basic Nursing: Registered Midwife
